During different seasons of our lives, we come across a variety of experiences that may prompt us to learn, understand, explore, or heal. While the journey is beautiful, the nature of relationships is not always easy and we sometimes need help navigating the depths of ourselves and others.
Valerie is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee at Journeys Counseling South Bay and is currently completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University. Through her work in full-time college ministry, she has experience supporting young adults as they navigate their mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
Valerie is warm and empathetic in her approach, providing an environment for you to feel seen and heard.
