Mr. Rick Francis has served as Assistant Airport Director of John Wayne Airport since 2017. Prior to joining the Airport, Mr. Francis served as Assistant City Manager for the City of Costa Mesa for 5 years, as Chief of Staff to former Orange County Supervisor John M.W. Moorlach, and was with the County of Orange Probation Department for 13 years.

Mr. Erik Johnson has been on the Board of Directors for Journeys Counseling Ministry for over 20 years. He has helped guide the organization's growth while keeping steadfast to its mission.

With 30+ years of finance experience, Mr. Johnson has led the financial organization of the companies in which he has served, overseeing Board reporting, accounting, treasury, financial planning & analysis, strategic planning and acquisition integration.

Erik resides in Orange County, CA, with his wife Kimberly, and their three children.

Before Mr. Randy Powell began Journeys, he was the Director of Counseling at Vanguard University and a Singles Pastor for a local church. Randy realized that with ministry, the message can’t be individualized, but with counseling, the process can be personalized and more intimate. Randy’s passion has always been to help others by teaching and guiding them. Journeys Counseling was started to do ministry in a personalized format. Randy enjoys being a part of the journey with each person as they walk with Jesus.
