I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at Journeys Mission Viejo. I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Biola University. I earned my Bachelor of Arts at the University of California, San Diego.
I provide a person-centered, nonjudgmental approach, and strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. I have extensive experience working with adults, children, teens, and couples. I enjoy working with teens. My experience includes working with teens with anxiety, depression, substance use, low self-esteem, and PTSD. I also facilitate group therapy for teens.
As an Asian American immigrant, I personally understand what it means to go through transitions and the unique challenges that many immigrants face. I help my clients to process the transitions, loss, and changes.
