Sofía is a bilingual Licensed Master Social Worker dedicated to positively impacting others’ lives. A native of Argentina and fluent in Spanish, she has extensive experience addressing anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, eating disorders, life transitions and immigration adjustments. Her professional background includes roles in the county hospital system and non-profit organizations where she has engaged with groups and communities across various levels of social work in both the U.S. and Argentina.
Sofía integrates her clinical expertise and Christian faith to offer her clients guidance rooted in biblical principles, providing compassionate care that addresses emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. By blending evidence-based therapeutic techniques with scriptural insights, she helps individuals navigate life’s challenges, fostering resilience, personal growth, and a deeper connection to their faith. Sofia’s approach emphasizes the importance of grace, forgiveness, and hope, creating a supportive environment where clients can heal and thrive.

In her personal time, Sofía enjoys being with family and friends and serves as a mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters, actively participating in activities with her mentee.
