Sharon values creating a safe place for each individual to share their story by giving a voice to their pain. She believes that we are uniquely made and her desire for every individual is that they feel seen and cultivate purposeful change in their life through deeper self-awareness.
Sharon is certified in Prepare-Enrich, which helps couples build skills and insights to foster healthy relationships. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has a heart to work with adolescents who experienced trauma.
"Taking this first step towards healing can be daunting and painful, but I want to celebrate your boldness in choosing to uncover the root of your emotions and actions. There is power in living in freedom and I look forward to walking alongside you in your journey towards restoration."
