She is passionate about helping clients discover and utilize their individual strengths to navigate life's challenges. She works from a holistic approach that fosters mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being.
Makenna utilizes systems theory and solution-focused therapy to guide her work, viewing each client as part of a larger network of relationships and emphasizing practical solutions that build on their existing strengths.
