Lauren Johnston is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee with a passion for integrating theory, mindfulness and emotional regulation to support you as you reclaim your sense of identity and peace. With a person centered approach, Lauren creates a safe and supportive space where you can explore the patterns that keep you stuck and discover new ways to move forward.
Grounded in the principles of Restoration Therapy, Lauren will support you as you gain insight into your emotional responses and relational dynamics, empowering you to choose peace in the midst of life’s challenges.
Lauren believes in the power of choice. She will support you in learning how to respond rather than react, to live with intention, and to cultivate a life that reflects your deepest values. Your work together is about more than symptom relief—it's about helping you build a life that feels grounded, authentic, and whole.
