As a trainee in the Master’s of Clinical Psychology program at Journeys Counseling Center, Jessica has a deep passion for supporting individuals through some of life's most challenging moments. Her journey as a trainee has been shaped by a dedicated focus on working with children, teens, and adults, helping them navigate the complexities of trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotions, and relationship difficulties.

With a background in trauma and grief counseling, as well as specialized training in working with college students at Concordia University, Jessica has developed a compassionate approach that meets clients where they are, guiding them toward healing and resilience. Her expertise in pregnancy decision coaching allows Jessica to offer empathetic, non-judgmental support to those facing difficult choices, ensuring they feel empowered and understood.

Jessica is deeply passionate about exploring and understanding emotions, believing that by doing so, we can unlock pathways to growth and healing. Whether working with a young child processing loss, a teenager grappling with identity and change, or a college student or adult seeking clarity in the face of uncertainty, she is committed to fostering a safe, nurturing environment where transformation can truly flourish.
