Her journey as a trainee has been shaped by a dedicated focus on working with children, teens, and adults, helping them navigate the complexities of trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotions, and relationship difficulties.
With a background in trauma and grief counseling, as well as specialized training in working with college students at Concordia University, Jessica has developed a compassionate approach that meets clients where they are, guiding them toward healing and resilience.
