Jessie Lee has been with Journeys since 2017, working with individuals, children, teens and families.
Jessie takes an eclectic approach to help clients with depression, anxiety, improving relationships, and spiritual growth. She has experience in helping clients with behavioral health issues such as eating issues, sex and substance addiction, along with decreasing the shame/guilt attached.
Jessie uses eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to treat traumatic experiences and make fast, measurable improvements to your life. Above all she values her authenticity and genuine care, which paves the way to connect with you, collaborate and empower you for growth.
