Jessica is a Professional Clinical Counselor Trainee. Jessica’s heart is to create a safe, grounded space where clients can explore the parts of their story that feel overwhelming, confusing, or stuck. She believes meaningful change happens when individuals are able to slow down, increase awareness, and engage both their thoughts and emotions in ways that lead to deeper clarity and lasting growth.

She has a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing life transitions, relational stress, and the impact of past trauma. She also enjoys supporting new and seasoned moms, individuals with anxiety, and working with children and families. She has a growing interest in working with military populations and trauma-focused approaches such as EMDR.

As a mother of four children, Jessica brings lived experience and personal insight into her work with families and parenting dynamics. She has been involved in global mission work for over 15 years, including serving in the Middle East and Eastern Europe, and remains actively involved in local church communities. These experiences have shaped her appreciation for working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Her approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed. She uses evidence-based practices to help clients understand their thoughts, process past experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change. Jessica is a lifelong runner and enjoys climbing, hiking, and spending time outdoors, especially in nature, with friends and family.
