Holly is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee currently pursuing her M.S. in Clinical Psychology at Vanguard University. She is passionate about creating a safe space where clients can show up exactly as they are and feel seen, supported, and understood in their healing journeys.
Her professional background includes working in eating disorder treatment across residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care, supporting foster youth in group home settings, working with survivors of sex trafficking, and providing crisis intervention through the National Suicide Hotline. Holly brings a trauma-informed, client-centered, and empathetic approach, meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them with compassion and acceptance.
In her free time, Holly enjoys going to the beach, listening to music, playing with pets, and spending time with friends and family.
