Frederick Sargiz is a graduate student of clinical psychology at Vanguard University of Southern California and he is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.
Frederick has a passion for families as well as individuals. His focus is on helping people to reach their maximum potential in life and becoming the best version of themselves. He believes that family is the core of society and must be valued in order to provide the optimum environment for each member to flourish and reach maximum potential.
Frederick loves mindful awareness, creativity, personal growth, and personal responsibility. Frederick believes in a safe and understanding environment, attentive listening, and respectful conversations which leads to a trusting relationship— he can help clients to rediscover themselves, overcome their negative self-talk, and thrive in their life.
Frederick believes that healing comes from within that of a safe and non-judgmental environment.
Frederick loves outdoor activities, volleyball, swimming, and jazz music with a Bossa Nova rhythm. He also enjoys movies; especially those that are philosophically inclined.
