Erica desires to create a warm, genuine space for her clients to explore their stories, uncover meaning, and heal from past/present wounds. She acknowledges that a sense of grief and loss can permeate our lives from the moment we enter the world. She is passionate about embracing the complexities and depth of each person she sits with - in order to experience the joys of being deeply known.
Erica enjoys working from a relational psychodynamic and attachment-based framework, with CBT interventions, to draw connections from early life experiences and how they affect present-day patterns, views of self, others, and the world.
Erica is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee working on her M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Biola University.
