Christen Blake is a licensed Associate Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping others overcome life's challenges. Christen holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from University of Massachusetts and a Master's degree in Social Work. As a black Christian woman, Christen is passionate about providing culturally competent therapy to individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. She believes in creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where her clients can explore their thoughts and feelings openly. She specializes in trauma-informed therapy and cognitive-behavioral techniques, depression, anxiety, life transitions and trauma.
