She enjoys volunteering in youth ministry and other organizations around DFW, spending time with loved ones, reading, and cooking.
Catherine has experience working with children and teens of all ages. These experiences have fueled her passion for advocating for and supporting the emotional and spiritual well-being of youth and families. She has a heart for walking alongside children, teens, and young adults as they navigate challenges and transitions, especially those struggling with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues.
Catherine believes in creating a safe and welcoming environment for her clients of all ages to feel heard, supported, and equipped to grow.
