Brooke is a Licensed Master Social Worker who completed her degree at the University of Texas at Arlington. She received her B.A. in Psychology from UCLA prior to moving to Texas. Since then, she has gained experience working with both adolescents and adults who struggle with eating disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, body image distress, trauma, and general stressful life transitions.
Brooke is passionate about helping each individual in their unique circumstance through understanding the whole individual: psychological, spiritual, environmental, and biological. She feels these four factors work together to shape how we experience and view the world. She also understands that therapy cannot take a “one-size-fits-all” approach, and therefore will incorporate different approaches in order to best meet her clients where they are at. Her goal is to help individuals build strength, healing, and confidence in order to equip them to overcome the inevitable obstacles of life.
