Brooke is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee currently completing her M.S. in Clinical Psychology at Vanguard University. She believes that clients are the experts of their own stories and that the answers they seek already exist within them. She strives to guide clients in fostering personal insight, cultivating empowerment, deeper understanding, and meaningful change.
Brooke meets clients where they are and walks alongside them as they move toward where they want to be. She is committed to creating a warm, safe, and supportive environment where healing can unfold. Brooke is passionate about helping people of all ages navigate through anxiety, grief, relationships, and life challenges.
