Brittany is a trainee currently pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education and Psychology (GSEP). She has experience working with couples and clients of all ages and backgrounds. Brittany has a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing high trauma or addiction through attachment-based therapy. She is also interested in helping couples learn how to communicate and re-connect through emotionally-focused therapy.

Brittany aims to connect childhood wounds with adult functioning, assisting clients in healing from trauma, anxiety, and depression. She is passionate about creating a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment where clients feel supported, understood, and heard, allowing their authentic selves to shine. Brittany is also training to become certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
