Ayesha aims to help you better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, what they mean, and how they relate to you. She is committed to providing mental health services in a safe, secure and confidential environment. Everyone faces unique challenges and needs to work on themselves at their own pace, and she is here to help you along in your own journey to becoming the best version of yourself. Ayesha empowers and supports people in their journey of betterment through compassion and empathy.

Ayesha pulls from different therapy styles to make sure that the therapy session is tailored to what the client needs. She provides a safe place by employing genuineness, empathy, and sincerity to aid in growth and healing throughout this journey. She has experience working with individuals who suffer from a wide variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, relationship issues, communication issues, spirituality, life coaching, and major life stressors. She is also experienced with working with student-athletes, not just with traditional sports but also in sports that society may overlook. You matter, your issues matter, your healing matters - they matter to Ayesha and she wants to help you get to a place in your life where you feel fulfilled and whole again.

Ayesha is a member, leader, and volunteer at the Faith Filled Church in Lewisville, TX. She incorporates her faith in healing and ensuring that all aspects of a human are addressed, not just one aspect. The goal is to make you feel whole in every aspect of your life. Ayesha is passionate about closing the gap between spirituality and mental health by bringing more awareness to mental health in the church. She offers services at her church and is finding more ways to break the stigma about mental health in the church through outreach and serving in ministry.

Ayesha's goal is to make sure that you have a therapist that you connect with so that you feel comfortable, accepted, and supported despite what may be going on in your life at the moment. Allow her to walk beside you on your journey to healing and growth.
