Ashley is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Latina therapist providing culturally responsive therapy for adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress, and low self-esteem. She understands how culture, family expectations, generational experiences, and identity impact mental health, and intentionally incorporates this lens into the healing process.
Ashley’s areas of focus include anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, school-related stress, women’s issues, trauma and sexual abuse recovery, and concerns related to sexual identity and transgender experiences. She provides an affirming, trauma-informed space where clients feel safe exploring their emotions, identity, and personal growth.
Ashley’s approach is warm, collaborative, and empowering. Together, Ashley and her clients build practical coping skills, strengthen confidence, and work toward lasting emotional wellness in a space where her clients feel seen, understood, and supported.
