Ashley has been a high school teacher and coach for the last 10 years. She has a passion for helping adolescents and young adults and offers support in dealing with perfectionism, identity crisis, sexual identity, setting boundaries, and other common issues young adults face in life.
Her core belief in counseling is that if one can 'take captive' thoughts, then he or she has the power to change emotions and/or behaviors. She will provide Christian counseling when requested because she recognizes the importance of spirituality in overcoming challenges. Ashley is a proud member of Church Eleven32 in Allen, Texas, where she volunteers to help in community outreach and serves in the church.
Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, she relocated after getting married in 2015. She has been happily married to her husband Taylor for eight years and has two children. Ashley's dedication to empowering and guiding young adults has become her life's purpose. Therapy is not a fix to a problem, but rather a support to help in the journey of life. Ashley hopes that she can come alongside you to help you in your own journey.
