I am passionate about helping others find their authentic self and work toward acceptance. I believe everyone’s experiences are unique and no trauma is “too much” or “too small”. Through my own personal therapy, I slowly discovered my self-worth and am able to accept myself fully and develop healthier relationships with loved ones. I feel driven to help others find this type of freedom as well. I would like to help you discover a new perspective where you feel worthy of love, and accept and enjoy all of you.
