About
Hello! I am a counseling trainee at Journeys Counseling Ministry while pursuing my graduate studies at Vanguard University. I bring experience from working in mental health treatment facilities and as a special education teacher, experiences that have deepened my passion for walking alongside individuals through their journeys of growth, healing, and transformation. I believe deeply in the uniqueness of each person’s lived experience and the importance of creating a space where individuals feel seen, supported, and held. Through my background in education, mental health, and my continued practice and study of yoga, I value a holistic approach to counseling that honors the mind, body, and spirit. I am passionate about helping clients of all ages and backgrounds explore their stories, discover deeper self-understanding, and move toward becoming the person they are called to be.
