About
Hi, I’m Maddie! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I believe therapy should be a place where you can come as you are—without having to have everything figured out first.
I work with individuals, teens, and couples who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply unsure of what to do next. I support clients working through anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and relationship struggles. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest, understood, and supported as we work together toward the changes you’re hoping for.
I especially enjoy working with couples who feel caught in the same arguments or have lost some of the connection they once shared. As an EFT Certified therapist, I help couples understand the patterns they get stuck in, communicate more openly, and build a stronger, more secure connection. I’m also EMDR trained and can incorporate trauma-informed approaches when they may be helpful in your healing process.
I believe that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and you don’t have to know exactly what you need before you walk through the door. We can figure that out together. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients through some of the most personal and challenging seasons of their lives. I don’t take that trust lightly, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to support each person as they move toward greater hope, healing, and connection.
When I’m not in the therapy office, you’ll probably find me enjoying a family game night, hiking with my dogs, or curled up with strong coffee and a good book.
