Kristi is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee at Journeys Counseling in Costa Mesa. With over ten years of experience as the Care Coordinator and Lead Counselor at a large church, she has helped individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loneliness, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Kristi firmly believes in the profound impact of a caring and safe therapeutic relationship.
