About
Jennifer’s gift to give to others is through helping in an empathetic way. As a trainee with Journeys Counseling Ministry, she hopes to support those seeking mental health care. As a later-in-life student, Jennifer has found that her experience within the special needs and military community allows for compassion and understanding of the daily struggles individuals and families face. This knowledge has given her great insight into trauma, grief, burnout, depression, and the effects of stress on an individual. Jennifer’s passion is to stand beside the client and provide the guidance needed, as she believes through every challenge, change can occur through acceptance, compassion, and understanding that no one is alone in their walk.
