About

Hi, I’m Jennifer Jolin, a Counselor in Training who believes that therapy is a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and better understand yourself.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, build self-awareness, and create meaningful change. I strive to create a space where you can show up as your authentic self, without judgment or pressure.

I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed. I also enjoy incorporating mindfulness, movement, creativity, and other personalized tools into the therapeutic process when they feel helpful for you.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Concordia University Irvine and am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Counseling at Concordia University Irvine. As a Counselor in Training, I am committed to continued learning and to providing thoughtful, intentional care tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, but you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. My hope is that therapy can become a place where you feel safe enough to explore, grow, and move toward the life you want to live.
