Brenna is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee who is in the process of obtaining her MS in Marriage and Family Therapy through Azusa Pacific University. She is truly passionate of walking alongside others in their journey of life in any stage that may be. Her goal is create a space where voices can be heard, and hope can be seen.
She has had experience working as a sports psychology consultant through California Baptist University where her main focus was athletes of varying ages. From 4 years old to middle age, she has used CBT techniques as well as solution focused to improve performance as well as overall life.
Her approach to therapy is drawn from CBT, DBT, Person-centered, as well as solution focused. She is also pursuing training in EMDR as she has a heart for the impact trauma has on an individual.
