Dr. Tiffany Modica uses an integrative, compassionate approach in working with and empowering individuals through growth and challenges. Her main focus is in supporting those who have endured trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, transitions, attachment needs, foster youth/adoption, and in utilizing integration of faith, EMDR, and mindfulness coping.
She has supported individuals of different ages and stages of life, in a variety of settings including: corrections, university counseling centers, non-profit organizations, schools, and crisis centers. Her dissertation examined: Promoting the Cultivation of Resilience Resources During the Transitions in Foster Care and Beyond.
Dr. Modica has taught at APU in the Undergraduate Psychology Department. She enjoys traveling, the outdoors, being active, singing professionally, and is a published author.
Dr. Modica provides services via telehealth for clients throughout California and Washington.
