Whether you're dealing with the effects of narcissism, the complexities of toxic co-parenting, or the pain of infidelity, it’s easy to feel isolated. But here, you are not alone.
I see you and understand the courage it takes to seek help and the strength required to confront these issues. That's why I am dedicated to providing a compassionate, non-judgmental space where your feelings are validated, and your journey is respected.
You deserve to break free from the past and move towards a healthier, happier future. By integrating faith with proven therapeutic techniques, we work together to empower you, helping you reclaim your peace and confidence. It’s time to let go of the beliefs that hold you back and embrace the support and understanding you need to thrive.
I'm a graduate of Andersonville Theological Seminary (ATS), where I received a Doctor of Ministry in Christian Counseling. Further, I'm currently a graduate student at Pepperdine University where I'm pursuing a master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. Additionally, I hold a master's degree in Business with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MBA) from Northeastern University. I received my bachelor's degree from UCLA.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, cooking healthy meals, reading romance novels, working-out, and traveling near and far.
