Kayla is a Marriage and Family Trainee studying Clinical Psychology at Vanguard University. She received her undergraduate degree from California State University, Fullerton, in Human Communications. In addition, Kayla is a registered yoga instructor passionate about movement and mindfulness.

Kayla considers creating a safe space for clients to be foundational for the process of therapy. She believes all parts of the self are worthy of kindness and compassion. Outside of the therapy room, Kayla enjoys practicing yoga, mountain biking, and spending time with her family.
