Christina is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at Journeys Counseling Ministry. She is fully trained in EMDR and trauma-focused CBT. Christina is well-versed in treating PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief/unresolved loss, and relational issues.
She believes that cultural competence is imperative in the therapeutic relationship and is committed to creating a safe, compassionate space to honor each client’s unique identity and needs. Christina is open-minded and embraces all identities and backgrounds.
Christina is passionate about empowering clients to live rich and meaningful lives at every stage of their healing journeys. Her goal is to empower clients to cultivate a life of vitality and wellness in line with their goals and values.
In her free time, Christina enjoys exploring in nature, reading, and oil painting.
