Christina is an MFT trainee earning her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology at Vanguard University.

Christina’s clinical psychology experience includes anxiety, grief, PTSD, depression, and phobias. She finds that biological, psychological, social, and spiritual factors all influence our mental well-being and believes in taking a holistic approach to creating more peace and mindfulness in our lives. 

While earning her bachelor’s degree and during her graduate studies, Christina has specialized in Applied Behavior Analysis, with an emphasis on oppositional defiant disorder, Autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, and ADHD. Meanwhile, she gained extensive volunteer and Missions work experience, both locally and abroad.

In her free time, Christina enjoys hiking with her Jack Russell terrier, traveling, painting, and reading.
